Refunds, cancellations and delivery

Delivery

Plainsay is a digital service. Your answer appears on screen right after payment, usually in about a minute. Nothing physical is shipped.

Refunds

Because each answer is prepared and delivered the moment you pay, payments are generally non refundable.

If your answer could not be prepared after payment, the amount is refunded to your original payment method automatically.

If something else went wrong, for example you were charged twice, write to hello@plainsay.pro within 7 days with the reference shown under your answer. We review each request and any refund is at our discretion. Disagreeing with a reading is not by itself a reason for a refund.

Cancellations

The answer is prepared as soon as you pay, so an order cannot be cancelled after payment.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5 to 7 working days.
