Who we are

Plainsay (plainsay.pro) is operated by Kartik Ojha, an individual based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. "We" and "us" mean the operator. You can reach us at hello@plainsay.pro.

What Plainsay is

You ask one question and give your birth details. We cast your Vedic birth chart and send you a short answer: a verdict of four words or fewer, one sentence of context, and a short explanation with the placements it came from. Readings are prepared with the help of AI tools and checked by us before they are sent.

Astrology is a tradition of interpretation, not a science. A reading is for reflection and entertainment. It is not a prediction you should rely on, and it is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Please do not make a decision about your health, safety, money or legal position based on it.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. The service is offered in India and priced in Indian rupees.

Questions we do not answer

We do not answer questions about when someone will die, about medical diagnosis or treatment, or questions that suggest someone may be in danger. The site tells you this before you pay. For questions about court cases, money, pregnancy, or another person's private behaviour, we answer only what a chart can reasonably describe, and the answer will not be a firm yes or no.

Price and payment

Each question costs ₹99, paid once through Razorpay. There is no subscription and nothing is billed again. We never see your card or UPI details.

Delivery

We send your answer by email or WhatsApp, as you chose, within 24 hours of payment. It is a digital service. Nothing is shipped.

Your part

Give accurate birth details and a real contact address. If the details are wrong, the chart is wrong, and we cannot redo the reading for free. Do not submit anyone else's birth details without their permission.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a reading is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you pay applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
